Same XML & GLTF files, completely different brightness in expansion pack

Bug description:

When running the base edition of the GA-8 Airvan for FS2024, the GPS screen brightness is fine, day or night time.

When running it with SystemsPulse activated, the GNS screens become blindingly bright. The SystemsPulse version does not change the interior XML that contains the brightness controller or GLTF files, it is only a different set of ModelBehaviors pertaining to failures.

Repro steps:

From the provided builds, run the GA-8 Base edition. Fly it at night and everything is good.

Now add SystemsPulse into Community. The GNS screens are going to be blindingly bright.

This is likely caused by a mixup of 2020 and 2024 behavior templates that leads to conflicting definitions of the AutomaticBrightnessFactor macro.

Double check your include directives and make sure you never mix 2020 and 2024 templates.

The Function_Interior XML file used Behaviors Version 1, but the inheriting Function_Interior_Cargo/Passengers/Skydive used Version 2.

What is interesting is that the problem does not manifest in the base package, it only happens when SystemsPulse is installed alongside it.
