SDK continually has CTD after clicking Build Package

At first I thought there was a problem with my newly created airport but the CTD happens on any of my SDK built airports. This only started happening this past week that I am aware of.
I uninstalled the SDK and reinstalled it, still having the problem.
I am running SU13 (ver. 1.34.16.0) and the SDK is ver. 0.22.3.0

I have never used the Windows Event Viewer to look for errors as I have never had to in the past so not sure what to do. However I did run the Event Viewer while a CTD occurred and I do have a couple screen prints as well as an xml file that it produced.

I will keep this info for future. I have fixed my SDK CTD problem. There was a file in my Community Folder that was the culprit. I guess it was not compatible with SU13 and/or the new SDK.
But it has been removed and all is now well (for now
