SDK has mixed up names for 2 HSI parameters

The HSI_VERTICAL_NEEDLE and the HSI_HORIZONTAL_NEEDLE are reversed in the SDK.
Vertical is the GS and horizontal is the CDI. Also this includes the “valid
parameters” too.
