SimConnect slowed down

Hi,

I noticed that when I request SimConnect but do not take any action for more than one minute in MSFS, SimConnect response becomes 10 times slower than normal

Hi,

Can you share with us more information about this topic:

  • What are the initial calls you made?
  • What are the ones that take more time?
  • What are qualifying as a “normal time”? I assume you are talking about SIMCONNECT_CLIENT_DATA_PERIOD
  • …

If you can provide us with a sample showing that issue, it would be perfect so we can reproduce the problem in the exact same conditions.

I think it is not a simconnect issue but more global :
It’s like when you unplug the battery from a laptop, the system performs less well.
It’s complicated to explain
