STARTANGLE param in ASOBO's 'WindTurbine_Template' doesn't seems to work!?

Hi all

I’m building a wind-turbine, but in the XML, the “STARTANGLE” parameter - from ‘ASOBO_WindTurbine_Template’ doesn’t seems to work!? meaning all the wind-turbines start with the blades in the same angle)

Has anybody else experienced this? And maybe even found a workaround?
