Bug description:
The curve editor allows you to make the y values greater than 1.0 while the slider on the number itself only allows 0-1. This is a discrepancy and allows non valid values into the engine.cfg
Assume this is an issue for all curves that use the curve editor
Repro steps:
set EGT values.
open curve editor
make two points
0 - 0.125
1.0 - 1.6 (or second number > 1.0) slider does not allow this. Attachments:

For parameters the allow > 1 then remove the slider and allow text entry in a text box.
In the curve edit display window - put a red line at max and min values - it will be up to the developer to validate if they put the curve into the out of range limits. Perhaps a green line at default.
Thanks a lot for your feedback, there is indeed a discrepancy of behavior between the two ways to edit the value that we will address. I think we will probably remove the slider, and constraint the points to stay in limit ranges by default and add an option to allow the user to go out of bounds if they want to.
Just so you know, there is in fact a way to manually input your value as it is right now, by holding ctrl + clicking on the slider.
