Bug description:

Create a blender model with tire rotation UV Tile material animation.
Export
see that the Animation name is taken from the NLA Action name and not the NLA Track name.

There is a fix candidate for this in SU5 Beta SDK 1.6.4.

Yes the NLA name is being used in the gltf export thanks.
