Bug description:

How is the Setting “Remove LOD prefix” suppose to work and what are the rules?

If I add x0_ to an object say x0_Body, but the mesh name remains as Body and it is part of a Collection that is used in the multi exporter for LOD00.

The gltf generated has the name Body (assume correct as it stripped the x0_) but the unique name is still x0_Body. Is the unique name also suppose to have the x0_ stripped away?

EDIT: What am I missing in my workflow?

I will tag this topic as “by design”, as there is no impact and we have no plans to change how the unique ID is named when a prefix (x0, x1, etc.) is used.
