Bug description: Tested SU4 passenger loading and now the passenger are not boarding. Tested the DA62 same result. Seems to work fine in SU3.

I was not able to reproduce this.
Where did you spawn ? On a parking / Ramp ?
I tried on a ramp with the da62 passenger after loading the efb and sent it to the ATC. I then called the ground to start the boarding.

I am an idiot. You can click resolved. I forgot that I was suppose to open the tablet first and load the passengers and then choose load ATC first. For some reason I just turned on the battery then ATC and called the passenger loading. I thought you could just do this as a shortcut.
