I am having issues with terraforming.
First issue, adding water seems to have almost no effect. I am trying to create a small stream, so I used a polygon to terraform and created a duplicate to move it slightly up and selected it as water. It seemed to only have an effect on a very small portion of the terraformed part, but a majority of it is missing water. Additionally, terrafroming seems to be quite uneven for some reason, with one end of the polygon showing a drastic change in elevation and the other end seeing almost no change in elevation at all.
Second Issue, the terraforming seems to have affected other portions outside of where the polygon was used and selected terraforming. I added another polygon to try to lift the land back up to where it had been dragged down by the stream terraforming, but had no effect on parts of it, creating this ugly terraforming that I have not been able to fix
