Texture in liveries folder not being used over base textures

Marketplace package name: aerialsim-aircraft-fa18e-payloads and stock FA18

Context: Marketplace package is streamed, livery package is local in dev mode

Bug description: Creating a livery for the Stock FA18 I have tried to include a texture change that affects a texture in the FA-18 payloads package (aerialsim-aircraft-fa18e-payloads). This texture is called “Tank_decals_Albedo” and should change the texture of drop tanks if you have the payload package. If not, then all the rest of the livery should still work fine.

However, the Game seems to be ignoring the “Tank_decals_Albedo” included in the livery package, and only loading the one in the aerialsim-aircraft-fa18e-payloads package.

I would expect it to use the texture included in the liveries folder first, before falling back to the ones included in the package.
