The game freezes when opening the scenario project

Bug description: A scenario project that worked in previous versions no longer opens in the current one. Upon opening the project, the game freezes and becomes unresponsive. The same project opens without any issues in version 1.5.27.0. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide the project files.

Did the game unfreeze by itself after a while, or did it exit with a crash?

In case of a crash, when restarting it you should see a “RAI” popup to generate a crash report.

If that’s not the case:
When the freeze happens, open the Task Manager, locate the FlightSimulator2024.exe process, right-click on it, select “Create memory dump file” and save it.

Once you have the dump file, could you send it to us please? See section 3) here.

I didn’t have much time to investigate this bug. The game just froze; I waited about 10 minutes, but nothing happened. I had to kill the process via Task Manager and was forced to go back to the stable version, where the same project opens without any issues.

Hi! I see same problem on one of my colegues PC in version 1.6.31.0. When he press open project and select xml, ProjectInspector window just turns black and all freezes. But processes msfs2024 and ProjectInspector dont have unresponsive tag in task manager , and process still using CPU RAM disc and GPU in task manager information.
