Tracking playhead on sounds instead of volume/pitch

Hi there fellow sound folk,

I’d like to be able to play a sound as a pilot interacts with the controls, however, I want the location of the play head in a blendtrack (or similar) to match with the overall play-head position of the sound - scaling the pitch and volume accordingly as the “Sim/LVar” being tracked is changed.

Is that possible? I have experimented but have not had luck.
