Hello, I am working on the electrical part of an aircraft and I don’t understand how to correctly model the system :
How to define an inverter, that will convert DC to AC between a bus connected to a battery ( DC ) to an AC bus ?

My understanding is that the system really does not distinguish between AC & DC, except to compute loads based on 1 or3-phase, power factor… and the other strictly AC characteristics.
Basically just use a transformer, it shall transform even DC to DC.
Equally, diodes are one-way valves, and do not really rectify AC.
