Bug description:
The engine parameter min_fuel_press_for_combustion_psf is not having any effect for jet engines with the modern fuel system**
Repro steps:

Set the min_fuel_press_for_combustion_psf = 5000 (ridiculous high number), your engine driven pumps at 6.5psi, and start an engine, it will always start as soon as there is some fuel pressure as low as 0.1psi.. this is unrealistic, I need my engines to require a minimun of 4.8 PSI to have combustion.
