With Sim Update 5, the payload mass separation threshold between medium and heavy cargo transport specialization will be raised from 3175 kg to 10000 kg.
Already ingested packages that currently target the Heavy specialization with a payload mass in the ]3175;10000] range will still be functional in SU5, but will not have any mission available in the career mode.
Such packages will need to be modified to target medium specialization instead, and reingested.
You will be able to do these modifications as soon as Sim Update 5 flighting starts in a few weeks. Whether your package is ingested and checked for the SU4 or SU5 requirements will depend on the minimum game version indicated in your package, so packages generated from SU5 flighting builds will be ingested with SU5 toolchain.
