Use of default resources

Hi, Is there any license/copyright limitation in using also default resources
from MSFS DevMode for commercial scenery projects? eg. using some default
vegetation, lights, apron textures etc etc if the project will be payware?

I would like to know the same concerning sound. What if I use sound from a
default aircraft because the plane I am building sound the same?

It’s main and common license of XBOX related stuff: <
US/developers/rules> Main points: free projects only, no sounds reuse, no
reverse engineer (like parse GLTF). But it became a normal practice in MSFS to
reuse some default PCK sound package or edited model though.
