Bug description:
WASM is not starting for the product TL3000 under Xbox MSFS 2024, I am being now inundated by emails and support tickets as a results.
The product works fine on PC and under MSFS 2020, however under MSFS 2024 Xbox WASM is not running at all.
All the other products we have work just fine.
Repro steps:
Just load the TL3000 on Xbox and you will see this message on the tablet:
The system loading message in our EFB is the indication WASM nevers started, in addition if you start the engine via ctrl+E the engine RPMs will remain at zero since that gauge indication is driven by the WASM module, similarly if you deploy the parachute.
This is a severe issue that is preventing the product for working properly, given it is on XBOX we are unable to troubleshoot in deep to understand the cause, so any help you guys could provide me is highly apreciated

Hi Raul,
I have just had a look with several colleagues and we believe this is an error in our ingestion pipeline - this is being worked on as an emergency. I’ll keep you posted.

I should have added: we believe the issue can be fixed server-side so your customers should not need any update of the sim.

My product (CAS J3 Cub) is having the same issue.
Unfortunately many packages that include a WASM module were affected - a new WASM DLC has been deployed to the Xbox ecosystem which should fix the issue - please let us know if this is not the case.
EDIT: initial tests seem to indicate that there are still issues - this is being investigated.
EDIT2: I have the TL3000 and CAS J3 Cub working (SU1 build) - I guess I had not waited long enough for the DLC to be mounted in the sim after being downloaded…
