Water adjustment feature in SDK

Hi Developers,

I would like a new feature in SDK. It would be a good tool if we could mark
river center lines that would create a polygon and find the edge of the water
mask so could identify the surface of water areas. Then we could flatten the
water mask 'horizontally and could add elevation data points Vertically in the
center line. This could easily make every streaming water surfaces easily
adjustable to seem a natural realistic phenomenon of the simulator. It could
help us to fix the waterways before a general fix. The vertical elevation
points would help to create the level drop of the waterway, the horizontal
leveling should create a realistic look of it. Does it seem a feasible feature
of SDK?
