Way to programmaticaly set Departure Airfield and Runway from EFB app

Hey all! Is there a way for an EFB app, in Free World on the World Map, to ONLY set the Departure Airfield & Runway ? I don’t want to file an entire flight plan, I just want to set the departure airfield and runway.
