I don’t think MSFS 2024 will bring any addition to the SDK/API, except for
mission creation maybe. This would be good, but out of my area of interest. I
really don’t think the new sim will provide new features for developers that
will not be accessible in MSFS 2020, this would break the compatibility. I may
be wrong here, it is just my assumption.
There absolutely has to be new features for developers to access in order to
create scenes like fire fighting, or sling load lifting, not to mention visual
effects.
I think you are right because otherwise developers would have alpha build in
the hand …. Msfs 2020 started have an sdk a lot of months before the official
release
