Which FSDATA version and which SDK version is the current one for MSFS 2024?

Dear peers,

I experimenting with SDK for MSFS 2024, and the KI bot Gemini helps me with it.

Mostly his support is fine, but on the following topic we have a kind of little dispute:

I asked Gemini to provide support on Waypoints, Approaches etc. Gemini provided some XML-snippits which dont work wirh MSFS, so we investigated on the used versions of the SDK and FSDATA.

I found that I use SDK version 1.3.4 and FSDATA 9.0.

Gemini advised that this SDK is totally outdated, and for MSFS2024 the developers work on SDK 0.2x.0. Gemini said this is more than 10 - 15 years old, and has not the features I need for my work now.

Please could you advise what is about it, which version is the current one, and is there any plan for a major change of the SDK soon?

The SimpleNavData example should show what you need. You can maybe feed that XML file to the AI as an example and see what it does. Also the bglcomp.xsd schema in the SDK Tools/bin directory. The schema should restrict it to the proper elements and attributes.
