XBOX X TCA Airbus no sensitivity throttles axis

**Severity: High

**Context: While applying sensitivity curves to other axis do take effect on Xbox using TCA airbus, throttles axis seems to be unaffected, therefore no matter what sensitivity settings are chosen throttles response is always the same.

**Bug description: No sensitivity settings applied to Throttles axis on xbox while using TCA Airbus (elevator, ailerons and rudders works correctly)

**Repro steps: XBOX/TCA Airbus/ Sensitivity curves for Throttles.
