Bug description:
Building the DA62 from a blend file - and opening the DA62 project - when you build I get all the textures being flagged as extra files.

PackageBuilder | Unlisted file 'F:\MSFS 2024 Aircraft Projects\DA62\PackageSources\SimObjects\Airplanes\DA62_SDK\attachments\asobo\Part_Exterior_Tail\texture\DA62_Airframe_WINGS_norm.png'
found in source directory 'F:\MSFS 2024 Aircraft Projects\DA62\PackageSources\SimObjects\Airplanes\DA62_SDK\'
(of asset group '3450312687733297871') in package asobo-aircraft-da62-sdk. See 'Extra' category.

EDIT: this seems to happen on the second build after an in itial build works.
EDIT2: no this happens all the time now even deleting the packges folder for clean project

Answering my own question/report

This must be due to having texture where they are not supposed to be. All textures seem to be kept in the AIrframe area and the texture.cfg has a fallback to this folder for all the attached parts.

My problem is that the SDK docs don’t spell this out - or it’s difficult to find this requirement. This modular SimObject needs a tutorial in itself.

Hello,

Yes, this was likely caused by having a texture (in your case, DA62_Airframe_WINGS_norm.png) inside the Part_Exterior_Tail\texture folder.

We have a task in our backlog to update the DA62 .blend sample and it’s documentation.

Regards,
Boris
