Bug description:
3rd Party AI aircraft cannot use ground services other than the pushback truck and jetway despite services being set in the aircraft.cfg. This is partly due to the fact that in order for 3rd party AI products to work without static aircraft spawning, the Traffic Airport quality slider has to be set to OFF. This also has the effect of removing all airport ground vehicles.
Please allow either
AI aircraft to circumvent the Traffic Airport Quality slider setting
Allow the user set set the ground vehicles and static aircraft via a separate slider like in MSFS2020.
