It would be quite useful to have retractable skids as well as retractable floats available for use with the helicopter flight model in order to simulate the capabilities of specific models.
Although floats currently work, the steps to make them retractable (according to the SDK) results in the helicopter becoming uncontrollable.
Retractable skids don’t seem to function at all, so I’m assuming that they aren’t available in the sim.
