Hello, https://youtu.be/PjXyHkcsOiU In the previous versions before updates,
i could solve this issue while lowering wings surface aera. Now, i tried
everything to avoid this climbing effect when releasing throttle, in vain.
The same effect happens when speed grows up. That only happens with engine
angle (for helico) between -60 ?, around -90 degrees.
I would suggest to wait until helicopters are properly supported which is
coming very soon as I understand. If you don’t want to wait, you will need to
write custom flight physics via external means, just like the HPG group has
been doing for their helis… Best, Raul
Thanks for your reply. I adjusted IDLE parameters to minimize the issue BUT i
realize that changing the value via the EDITOR deletes those lines !

Sorry, not the good video, watch this one: https://youtu.be/mGGngNx_Ng4
I lowered Prop Mod Lift Slope CF, it seems OK.
I think the issue comes from a too short distance between wings and elevators.
I post another video link, not for my helico but for the landscape i’ve been
flying over. https://youtu.be/gaysH86n03I
For the sounds: https://youtu.be/dQnuhbOOLOg Sometimes, i am surprised with
CG position and aerocenter value, it seems ok, and when relaunching from back
menu page, aircraft’s behaviour seems changed.
For those who want to try: https://youtu.be/y1QVEhXUX54 Link of download in
description.
I think setting tank and CG backwards, and so setting Aerocenter forward make
the aircraft easier to fly at low speed, decreasing stall speed ?
I confirm that playing with the 3 values: CG/Tank position and aerocenter, a
simple RESYNCH with the editor makes the aircraft behave a certain way. Then,
when going back to menu and reloading the complete aircraft project, the
airfraft BALANCE is changed. I need to ajust aerocenter TOWARDS. The simple
RESYNCH doesn’t seem to be enough to recalculate everything ? Other notice:
Setting the aerocenter towards lets the aircraft gain MAX SPEED, this is cool.
A few updates, i cleaned the propeller mesh. I know it s very simple, but it
flies.
A bad file Cruise.flt prevented the starter to work. I copied and pasted the
C152 Cruise.flt file.
Correction: prevented from working… Rudder meust be AUTO because i think
there is an issue with manual rudder and modern engine…
