Async IO Write API Missing

Bug Description:
It appears that the WASM Async IO API is missing some functionality.

In SDK version 1.1.2 the fsIOWrite function does not exist in MSFS_IO.h despite it being in the documentation. Relevant FsIOOpenFlags options are also missing.

Can you confirm that this is fixed in the SDK Flighting (SU1) 1.2.3 please ?
