Bonanza flaps down on ground is punished by mission rating

Bug description:
When on a mission with the Beechcraft Bonanza the rating algorithm punishes any use of the flaps when on the ground with reason “Flaps overspeed”. Meaning, when on hold short, receiving clearance and moving onto the runway for example, if flaps are extended to help with the take off roll, “aviator points” are deducted for doing so. If the mission designer is of the oppinion that the flaps shouldn’t be used a different pop-up would be necessary. “Flaps overspeed” when standing still or moving 3kph is nonsence!

Repro steps:
Take mission with a Bonanza, before take off extend the flaps to “flaps 1”.

Receiving the same warning and mission parameter fail at approach when lowering flaps, only seems to be at the furst setting, additional flap does not promt the pilot error

Had the same issue with the Robin DR400-100 Cadet and the JMB VL-3. Flaps overspeed when standing still…
Also getting bad aviator points.
