[BUG] Game Crash with Marketplace Submission

Hello Asobo Dev, I was instructed to post an issue here that has cropped up
with product testing with one of our products. It is the Sightseer Japan
product that I have out to third-party vendors already. The crash is not
experienced using an exe build to the community folder. The crash appears to
happen on Marketplace for both PC and XBOX. What is odd is the crash only
happens once. Here are the notes from my MS Marketplace team member and what
he heard back from the onboarding test team. ======================== 1).
Sightseer Japan crashes during load into sim Description In an attempt to load
into the Sightseer Japan content item into Sim, the game crashes on MSIXVC.
This does not repro on Steam or on Xbox. Repro Steps Launch build 1.31.22.0
GLT MSIXVC EN-US Kitty Hawk Marketplace>Sightseer Japan Download>Restart
Activities>Custom Content>Lake Kawaguchi Observe crash Actual Crashes loading
into content I sent in Sightseer Japan v1.0.4 for smoke checks this week and
received word back that both PC and Xbox are crashing the first time they load
into the Sim. It’s noted that the crash only occurs on the first attempt.
======================= This phantom crash is the only item holding up release
at this moment, so any help would be greatly appreciated to help resolve the
issue as I cannot replicate it on my PC. Thanks, Jeff @ Adventum Simulations

Hello, Still looking for a response to this issue on what should be done next.
Would you like me to upload a copy of the file or are you able to grab it from
the marketplace? Thanks!

Hello @AdventumSims , Sorry for the delay, We’ll investigate this and I’ll let
you know as soon as I know more. Regards, Boris

@Boris Submitted a new build a couple of days ago with a text change in the
.FLT file and it seems to have fixed the issue as the MS Marketplace team said
it passed their smoke tests now. The culprit was the MissionSubType= being
blank. Removed the line and it appears to have fixed that first install crash.
Not sure if it was related, but all is good now. Signed off on testing and
product is proceeding to Marketplace. Cheers! Jeff @ Adventum Simulations

Thank you for letting us know @AdventumSims We’ll check this case and ensure
it no longer causes a CTD. Regards, Sylvain
