[bug] Missing ILS Approaches at CYVR

The default Nav Data is missing ILS approaches for RWY 26L and 26R at CYVR.
This is without any scenery installed. See screenshots below - the approaches
do not exist on the world map, nor on the airport info. I don’t recall this
being an issue before WU Canada.

functional as per the latest Jeppesen charts dated 2-Sept-2022
