Version: 1.3.13.0
Frequency: Consistently
Severity: High
Marketplace package name: AzurPoly C160 Transall
Bug description:
Hello,
Since FS 2024 release, our C160 Transall released in 2020 is not streamed in 2024.
When checking the library, Transall is displayed as “not available”.
Several customers are complaining about this problem, both on PC and Xbox.
We have been asking help to Microsoft for weeks but they ignore our requests.
Can you please assist on this issue?
I precise that the add-on works perfectly fine when placed inside 2024 Community folder.
Kind regards,
Romain
Hi, did you enroll in the Beta?
You should see it in the Pre-Release section
One you clear it in MCP it should be available for anyone as soon as SU1 launches
(why some products have been made available right after less than one week in since the first 2020 release is still a MS mistery… I asked the Teams for mine too and they never answered to me, too)
We cleared all add-ons in MCP, however there is no reason why all our aircraft are streamed except the Transall.
We believe all add-ons should be streamed even before SU1.

I have looked into our storage system and I don’t understand either why this package wouldn’t be streamed - I have forwarded to the appropriate people who should be able to help.

Hello @EPellissier,
Do you have any news?
We still receive daily complaints from our customers who cannot use their add-on in FS2024.
Thanks
@R-AzurPoly
The package is still in “Prerelease” mode, which means you can see it when using your own Third Party Repository but your customers cannot yet - we had to wait for SU1 to be released before the MS Marketplace Team can “mass-switch” several packages such as yours from “Prerelease” to “Release”.
Since SU1 is now out, this should be done very soon (potentially today but it might be early next week).
Best regards,
Eric / Asobo
It has been some time since Sim update 1 dropped and I still can’t activate the C160 nor the Ch47 from Miltech…
Thanks @EPellissier , do you have any news about this topic?
SU1 has been released for few days and our customers still complain about this issue.

Still no update on this? I raised a ticket with MSFS support directly and they replied that the creator at not released it into the marketplace yet and closed it. Not the only aircraft/creator this is the case for. Will not be buying from marketplace in the future.
Hello @EPellissier, can you please provide us an update on this?
Your latest message saying it should be solved very soon is now one month old.
Our customers were guaranteed that their FS 2020 add-ons were compatible with FS 2024, but this is still not the case more than five months post-release…
Thanks.
As I said before, this is handled by the Microsoft Marketplace Team - the only thing I can do is forward your request and let you know about their answer when I get one. You should have a Teams channel to discuss those matters with them - isn’t there anyone responding?
Best regards,
Eric / Asobo
@EPellissier I can give you more details via PM, but obviously we have been sending many messages on Teams for months, and did not receive more than “we are looking into this”.
That is so frustrating for us, and of course for our customers who feel spoiled, which is perfectly understandable. I do not mention the business impact and the reputational damage that this is causing.
I have asked the MS Marketplace Team for an update and I have more information:
- They had actually done what we thought was enough for all the updated 2020 packages to be carried over to MSFS 2024.
- However an issue was detected last week which prevented these updates from appearing in 2024 - there are actually two flags (don’t ask me why) that dictate if a package version is published or not - both need to say “published” for the system to work, and only one of them was in the right state.
- Our Online Team is currently running a script to detect & fix inconsistencies between those two flags. As far as I understand, we have already processed half of the packages.
- I hope the remaining packages (which the C160 is part of) can be processed tomorrow but I’ll have to check with my colleagues if this is likely or not - I’ll keep you posted.
Best regards,
Eric / Asobo

Just joining the discussion as it was mentioned above: our customers are having a similar issue with Ch47D
We have uploaded fs24 builds several times, which they all fail to ingest and MP Team is unable to provide more information
If you have supplied 2024 packages then the problem is different - what we are discussing here is 2020 packages taking time to become available in 2024.
Failed ingestion of 2024 packages is probably a different issue.
Can you confirm which case you are in?
Best regards,
Eric / Asobo
Hi Eric,
I have too a couple of packages that are not available in the 2024 marketplace (Project Lifts and Churches) despite being cleared for it at day one (two months ago)
My teams seams to be aware
" Hi Federico, thank you for letting me know. It does look like we will need to investigate Churches and Greenhouses as well as Project Lifts as they look like they are properly signed off for MSFS 2024 Marketplace."
But no other info since 29th of March despite my inquiries to them
I am told the C160 should now be updated - can you double check this on your end?
Best regards,
Eric / Asobo
Can you provide the full name of the package so that I can have a look?
Best regards,
Eric / Asobo
