Can I install on a 2nd PC with 1 license (premium deluxe) …

I’d like to test my MSFS app on a minimal powered PC (cpu gpu etc.) other than the PC I develop on? But I don’t want to have to uninstall from my main PC.

Yes. I’ve got it on 2 machines for the same reason as you.

Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) is a ‘Play Anywhere’ title. This means that if you purchase the game digitally from the Microsoft Store, you can play/use it on both your PC and Xbox or anywhere else as you wish.
However, if you purchase the game through Steam, you will not be able to use the Xbox Play Anywhere functionality

I have the steam version and it is installed on two computers and they both work fine. The only proviso is that you can’t be playing on both at the same time, which is fair.
