Hello. I guess you mean you have the problem in a specific editor? So you can
no longer zoom in the Scenery Editor, right? Do you have the problem 100% of
the time? Do you have steps that cause the bug to happen? Regards, Sylvain

I have this problem when editing scenery/airports. It happens randomly. It can
occur 1 minute after I start to edit, or it could happen later. But I have not
found a solution other than restarting the sim.

I had this issue but found that if I had used the Ins key and moved about the
airport and DID NOT press 5 then Ins to return to the cockpit before starting
the Developer camera the scroll disappeared as you described. This occurs 100%
of the time. Scrolling is not affected if you simply loaded the airport and go
straight into Developer Camera
