Cfg rotor radius not translating correctly to visualization

I´m currently struggling with the following situation. I have entered the correct rotor radius in my flight model cfg but when looking at the visualization its too small. I have eliminated all potential other reasons, my model has the correct measurements and exports correctly. The position of the cfg rotor is exacly the same as my model, they have the same origin and are laying in the same plane. Now I´m asking myself if the value isn´t translating correctly which would mean I have to increase it, until it visually matches. The other possibilty would be that the visualization isnt showing the outer border of the rotors, in that case it could still be correct. Maybe someone can help me resolve this.

To get it visually matching I have to increse the radius by 2 feet from 18 to 20. My model has a radius of 18 feet.

Could the model be exported with scale other than 1.0? That can cause unexpected sizing in game.

I’ve made sure that this is not the case. Both the object transforms and general blender settings have a scale of one.
I’ve been reading out almost all gizmo positions in blender to have them very exact, changed to the different coordination system in the sdk of course and changed to feet. That worked perfectly. If anything would be out of scale it wouldn’t have worked.

To provide more claritity I have exported a reference cube with the same length as my rotor. 11m length, 36 feet, so 18 feet radius in the cfg. I also added a screenshot of the cube transforms and scene settings in blender. I´m using the official exporter, which as far as I know doesnt have a seperate scale setting that could cause problems.

There’s a setting in 3dsmax called reset xform, find the equivalent in blender as im not familiar with blender. This usually does the trick with scaling problems.

Hey,
in blender it’s called apply transforms and that’s already done.
As you can see in the screenshot the scale is at 1 for all axis.
The problem is almost definitely a problem inside the sim. And has nothing to do with my model. That’s why I don’t understand why people just keep telling me that it’s my model when I’ve already confirmed that it can’t be. I’m sure that this is affecting all helicopters and should be addressed.
