Bug description: CONTACT POINT IS ON GROUND reports “1” when the gear leg is retracted with the aircraft on water
Repro steps: Enter the water with an amphibian aircraft. Retract the landing gear. Observe that CONTACT POINT IS ON GROUND is “1” for all wheel gears. (float contact points report their CONTACT POINT WATER DEPTH correctly).
