Elevator Position Reset to 0 after Hitting ESC to enter the main menu

Hello. When I hit ESC during a flight my Elevator Values is Reset to 0, causing a a Huge Nose Down of the aircraft when I return to the Game (Hitting ESC again) Anyone could please Help me with this issue? T

This also happens after changing an LVar in the behaviour panel
