Bug description: Exclusion Rectangles have different results across both sims.
MSFS2020 created Exclusion Rectangles has no effect on the Water Polygons. MSFS2024 created Exclusion Rectangles do.
Example: You have added Water polygons to areas in Pearl Harbour with MSFS2024 City Update 10 (they should be deleted but that’s a separate issue*).
*There is no need for these water polygons in City Update 10. They have been added on top of water so it is cancelling out existing water and creating dirt in the middle of the water where it shouldn’t be.
Repro steps: Create an Exclusion Rectangle over a one of the many water polygons in MSFS2020 at Pearl Harbour and then loading that scenery into MSFS2024 with City Update 10.
