How to create taller grass and crops?

Hi! How is it possible to place taller grass and crops, e.g. using polygons, like in the crop duster scene in the intro video? I see that tall grasses and crops have been defined in the biomes though it is not clear how to actually place them. Considering that Corn.xml for example mentions test areas where they should be visible (but aren’t in the current release) I assume a simple placement should be possible? Question may be a bit off-topic here: But has anyone out there listed the locations and/or missions featured in the intro video of MSFS2024? Would be nice to check some of them out to see how things have been done there in regards to scenery development.

Were you able to place crops yet?
