Fuel flow values in GPH differ in Simvars and Engine Debug as shown in
Screenshot. Also liters per hour and kilograms per second are heavily off
actual values when checked in Simvars for single engine piston
aircraft.
Hello @GutsherrBus9 The liters per hour unit actually returns liters per
second. As silly as it sounds, we haven’t changed it yet as it’s been there
from the beginning and we don’t want to introduce regressions by changing
something people are susceptible to compensate for in existing packages. For
Simvars and Events, we usually introduce EX1 revisions but it’s a bit more
complicated for units. As for the difference between the simvar and debug
value, I will have a look and come back to you. Regards, Sylvain
Hello @GutsherrBus9 The difference of fuel flow comes from a discrepancy in
unit conversion. We will fix this. FYI, in such case, always trust the Simvar
over the debug value as the simvar is what’s used by the actual fuel system.
