<GroundCruiseSpeed> not respected


I have noticed whilst testing missionscripts that the <GroundCruiseSpeed> isn’t being respected (at least not in all cases).

I have two SimContainers with the same WaypointList and the same GroundCruiseSpeed set to 12. One of the models has a top speed of 12 in the sim.cfg file, the other has it set to 30 in the sim.cfg file. The faster one is always overtaking the slower one despite both of them being set to travel at a GroundCruiseSpeed of 12 in the MissionFile.
