Helicopter starts below the custom ship helipad - why doesn't it stick to the collision cube and a helipad?

I have a custom cruise ship model with a collision cube (exporter from Blender), and a helipad placed on it in the MSFS Scenery Editor. However, when I load the project and start at that helipad, the helicopter starts on the water below the helipad.

Why is it happening and how to fix it?

In case anyone hits this problem, I solved it. The reason it didn’t work was because in Blender, the collision cube was not a child of the actual ship object. It’s not enough to have it in the collection that gets to form LOD0, it needs to have the main object as a parent.
