I wanna bring back the TIN buildings around an airport, whereby the autogen buildings are retrieved by those orange lined “noTIN building” polygons as depicted in the below screenshot, is there a way to exclude those “noTIN building” areas and bring photogrammetry back in sdk ?
Can I also create a polygon instead with exact boundaries as those noTin exclude polygons and check the Detected Buildings tick (so as to exclude the AI autogen buildings) and place it at a higher priority than the main package ?
Nope, the only way to remove a Polygon is via the ExclusionRectangle tool
You can scale down the ExclusionRectangle as needed, as well using multiple ones
(At the moment I’m failing to remember if the ExclusionRectangle must include all the vertex or a single one is enough, I bet for the latter)
Correct, the excluding packages must be mounted on top of the original one, either via correct naming (alphabetically) or via the in game reorder package tool
If one vertex is enough to cover then it’s gonna be a piece of cake. I’ll read through sdk documentation to look it up, In case I don’t find any info on that, I’ll go by experimenting, and share the result, thanks.
it all went well and I got rid of all those noTIN building polygons. Took me easier than I thought as SDK appears to automatically perceive the exclude I do and finish the job without me having to cover up all the vertices of a polygon while creating the exclude rectangles. The result is amazing.
Now I wonder when the polygon is in yellow instead of orange as i here ? I tried the same but the exclusion I added to erase yellow lined polygon didn’t work, I mean it seems gone but still showing the pesky autogenerated ms buildings over. How can I get rid of the ai generated buildings within a yellow lined polygon ?
