Is it possible to remove service vehicles and living world from a single airport without affecting the entire region?

Is it possible to remove service vehicles and living world from a single
airport without affecting the entire region? I can only remove elements from
the region… not just the ICAO. Anyone find a fix for this?

I was hoping LivingWorldExclusion in a worldscript would work for normal
sceneries, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to have any effect.

For small GA airports, I found a tip to use type=“DOCK_GA” for
TaxiwayParking. This eliminates the vehicle traffic and humans. And, of
course, fuel type will bring on vehicles unless you set has3DMesh=“FALSE”.

usable Workaround, but can cause new issues with AI Traffic.

Yes, I’ve been hoping for a long time for at least some comment on someday
getting airport specific sections in the Living World Config file.

Hi @rhumbaflappy , Can you send me your sample that remove elements from the
region ? Regards, Boris

here/552074/43?u=danilo0813943> i asked but i suppose for Live QnA ignored
this due this is not SDK dev question. Its not the same question, but if we
have a way to chage this topic to:

Is it possible to EDIT service vehicles and living world from a single

airport without affecting the entire region? it would be great!

That is AiportServices . and it is totaly per aiport configurable. LivingWorld
among other things icludes AMBIENT vheicles that OP needs to be removed / i
said edited per aiport

You can creater aiportServices.xml for your aiport to exclude all or any
services [vheicles and workers] but not Ambinet [wondering] trafic. For
ambient, livingwolrd config is used. But i cant be per aiport but per Region.
read this
https://docs.flightsimulator.com/html/Content_Configuration/Environment/Living_World/Living_World_Config/Living_World_Configuration_File.htm
< SimBase.Document> <LivingWorld.LivingWorldSettings> ** FuelTrucks> Airport>
LivingWorldRegion> LivingWorld.LivingWorldSettings> SimBase.Document>** will
change fueltrucks in reagion B to ASO_FuelTruck01_Black With such a file, only
the FuelTrucks list for region B will be overridden. Any other list for region
B, and any list for other regions, will stay as read in the base default Asobo
*.xml file. Note that for region B, the whole list of FuelTrucks is replaced
by this list with a single entry, it is not “merged” with the default list.
<SimBase.Document> <LivingWorld.LivingWorldSettings> FuelTrucks> Airport> LivingWorldRegion>
</LivingWorld.LivingWorldSettings> SimBase.Document> This will remove all
FuelTrucks for region , unles not customised in particular AirportService, but
FuelTrucks is service here not ambinet

Hello and sorry for the delay, Indeed, it is not possible for the moment to
exclude ambient vehicles on a specific airport. However, you can create an
idea about it with all the information you mentioned in this thread. Regards,
Boris

This certainly needs adding. come across this post to see about this issue as
literally just had a feedback on my EGHN airport saying about the number of
ambient vehicles on the airfield.

Out of interest does anyone know if the number of airplane parking places
effect the number of ambient vehicles that show up at an airport?

Wrong thread , but I will answer … it is everyting in the documentation. Yes
it affect.
https://docs.flightsimulator.com/html/Content_Configuration/Environment/Living_World/Airport_Services/Airport_Services.htm
For each non ocuppied parkign sport, ambient wheicle is created and possibly
service … deppending on service.xml and livingwolrd.xml for specific area.
@Boris_ Thank you, I think we can come up with an idea taking in consideation
option to alter AMB trafic. Whether to remove it or to alter vheicles.
