JS Facility API Should Provide Equivalent Data to WASM API

The JS Facility API is currently missing a few pieces of information available
in the WASM API… The following are problematic for me at the moment: - No
elevation for DME and glideslope type VHF navaids for JS_FacilityVOR - No
range for navaids for JS_FacilityVOR and JS_FacilityNDB - No separate DME and
GS location data for VOR/DME/ILS navaids for JS_FacilityVOR - No way to
determine if an ILS has an associated DME for JS_FacilityVOR - No localiser
beam width for JS_FacilityVOR - No localiser bearing for JS_FacilityVOR - No
glideslope angle for JS_FacilityVOR

Also missing is the heading of parking/gates.
