Marketplace Partner Program is broken

Dear Sirs,

Since 3/4 days the Flightsim Marketplace Partner Program can not be reached (see error attached)

It seems not related with account, tried with my on going application one and with a fresh new company one

As per this other user experience, it is a confirmation that is not account related,

Can you please investigate?
