Missing main Terminal ULMM

Greetings!

Today I saw the news that portion of the World Hub airports were added into SU15 BETA. I was running home as fast as I can to see my work at it’s best but… I saw this.

To be more accurate I didn’t see a main terminal building at all. It’s so frustrating to be honest… If I knew the reason for it…

So, any suggestions why it’s dissappear? Anything I can do to fix this?

Did you by any chance change (shift outward) the outline of the airport polygon? It suppresses autogenerated buldings, and the “terminal building” marked red on you last screenshot looks like one of them…

@BlitzMeerkat Yes, I did change Polygon of the Airport but I don’t remember if done anything to this part of the Polygon, because it was working fine even if I build package. So the building inside this Polygon. Is it too close to it?

In other airports everything seems fine :thinking: :thinking:

I downloaded your airport and went to it. If I hide everything in your airport or delete it, the building still does not show up:

Do you still see the building if you go into dev mode?

In version that I submitted yes, it’s still there.
I can’t send a new image, but in screenshot (in devmode) above I made yesterday It’s there.

Maybe try to resubmit it again?

Just for my own clarification, did you make that screenshot in dev mode with the building still there after the AIRAC update?

If so, I’m very confused why it would be there in dev mode for you but not for me.

Because I can delete your entire airport XML and that building is still gone for me, my guess is that some post processing may have taken place on the airport after submission, and therefore, re-submitting it probably would not fix it. But that is only a guess.

Maybe Nicolas could weigh in.

I noticed it in SU15 Beta on Xbox Series X.
After that I dropped a topic here.
Saw advice about Airports Polygon and after that I entered game on PC (SU14), made screenshot, made corrections along the way. Saved the package.

So yeah, that was after Airac update

Hmm, that is weird. In the version you gave me, yes, I do see the terminal.

I really don’t know why, in the World Hub submission, I don’t see the terminal even if I delete the entire airport out of the Scenery Editor.

The XMLs for the two airports are too different for me to get any meaningful comparisons, but even if they were the same, why would the terminal never reappear even after deleting everything?

Here’s the World Hub version with everything stripped out of it except for the Airport object and the polygon. I removed one thing out of the polygon, which is the building exclusion. (Don’t try to submit this, haha! You’ll get rejected.)

I’m really unclear as to why the building would disappear, even after removing everything.

I guess I will try to submit my “new” version with the question about it.
Maybe moderators can tell what’s going on with this building… :sweat_smile:

Hi guys,

On the first revision you did, there is still an OSM road and OSM roads auto exclude detected buildings.

I downloaded the last revision you did (but not submitted) and you enlarged the polygon and that now exclude the OSM road ==> Building appears now
