MSFS 2020 airplanes - Exterior Registration Decals flickering on livery selection

Context: Sting S4, FSR5000, TL3000 or any MSFS 2020 aircraft, during livery selection menu

Bug description:
On the livery selection screen you will see on first load of the livery selection screen a white reg box and on switching livery you will get a dark grey flickering overlay.

The grey boxes is the dynamic registration vpaint.

Repro steps:
Copy a MSFS 2020 aircraft to MSFS 2024 community folder, load the MSFS 2020 airplane, click configure, select a livery.
