Bug description:

When airplanes have an entry on system.cfg for an external power MSFS 2024 is loading the aircraft with the power SET to ON rather than waiting for the operation to connect the GPU.

This disturbs the electrical simulation since the enternal power remains supplying the circuits even when the aircraft is in the air.

Repro steps:

Load TL3000 on runway or apron, check the electrical debug.

Same issue with our Transall in runway.

It seems (A:EXTERNAL POWER ON:1, Boolean) is true when starting the flight.

We tried to add ExternalPowerSwitch=False in the FLT file without success.

We getting now reports from customers on the full release of msfs 2024 about this with our products.

I cannot replicate the issue either on 1.2.7.0. Waiting for @SimbolFSReborn and @vantech to confirm this before we close as fixed.
