MSFS 2024 SDK available here Introduction does not appear to show any major updates to the basic flight modeling physics/parameters from what is available in the current version of MSFS 2020. Have there not been any changes, or when will the 2024 SDK be updated?

Indeed. Reading the new SDK docs was a bit underwhelming. I had hoped that 2024 would be a bit of a fresh clean re-start from an add-on aircraft developer point of view, but it seems to be just an incremental improvement. Or have docs for the truly new thing not been released yet, and what we have seen so far is just what will be called “legacy”, 2020-compatible things?
What were you expecting to see? There are a ton of new documents for the new systems. Maybe you arent looking in the right place? What would you like to know about? Flight model changes are still missing though.
Well for instance from the videos I would have thought that one could truly describe an arbitrary set of wings and other aerodynamical surfaces, but the text about wing parameters seems very similar to what was there for 2020.
